Shea nut butter comes from the African Karite tree. The butter is extracted from the seed of the tree. Shea butter has been said to be effective for eczema, rashes, severely dry skin and wrinkles. Shea butter revitalizes the skin it softens and protects as well. It helps to retain moisture. Shea butter is full of fatty acids which are good for your skin.
